    Experience ramen solo-dining!

Ichiran is a ramen shop that originated from Fukuoka, Japan and known for its Tonkotsu ramen. Instead of dining at a table or a counter, guests have their ramen in a booth, which lets their customers enjoy their food in private! This is perfect if you’re not used to dining on your own. FOOD: I’m not a big fan of ramen, but I think it was a nice touch that you can personalize your ramen. You are given a sheet of paper (which is also available in English) where you can just circle your preference like how spicy, how light the stock, how much onions, etc. The staff will take that paper and serve your ramen in a few minutes. Ichiran is worth a visit, even if you don’t fancy ramen that much. Experiencing its dining style is quite refreshing and uniquely Japanese.
