Good but not Best
Abura soba is a good that originated in Tokyo. With that in mind, for abura soba that you can get in the Chubu area, this is not bad. In fact, this chain dominates the Chubu area for aburasoba. The price is good, their noodles are chewy, but their sauce does not give the impact that good abura soba shops offer. Instead, you end up using quite a lot of sauces on the table to compensate. It will be delicious at the end, but you can definitely find better ones in Kanto.

Yummy Abura Soba
When I first heard about abura soba, I honestly thought it would be terrible. I just pictured soba noodles soaked in oil. Luckily, I was very wrong. It is soba noodles with vinegar and chili oil--It is delicious! This restaurant had a ton of different toppings, but I chose cheese. It was cheap and affordable too. However, I was the only female in the restaurant! Haha!
