Simple and tasty

Sanpotei is a simple ramen shop in Niigata (I believe it's part of a chain), and if you want no-fuss noodles this is a great spot for that. They have both table and counter seating, tons of parking right outside, and various ramen types to choose from including tsukemen if you prefer dipping noodles. Super kid friendly, too, with kids ramen portions available.
