Amazing "sea of clouds" view

The Shiori Toge is a beautiful sightseeing spot in Niigata that is well worth stopping at if you're in the area. It's famous for having a "sea of clouds" style view, but the best time to experience that is early in the morning -- but it's worth setting your alarm for! Best time to go is around the summer/early autumn period, the road to get there is closed during winter.
