I always trust my foreign friends when they are introducing me to food from their country. Recently, my Peruvian friend introduced me to this gem! It was my first time having it, but it was amazing! He told me that is was his favorite, and the most authentic place in Shizuoka. I highly recommend their ceviche! The decorations inside were really cute too!
