Brooklyn Bakery Nagaoka

Cute bakery with some adorable treats

It's hard to go past Japan's amazing bakeries when you're looking for a quick, reasonably priced bite to eat, and Brooklyn Bakery in Nagaoka is a great one. There are a wide range of different bready treats - both sweet and savory - including breads in the shape of Anpanman which are a huge hit with the kids, naturally! One of the nicest things about visiting here is that they give you a free cup of coffee when you check out... a really nice touch! When the weather is nice, it's lovely to just sit out on the patio area and enjoy your treats with your coffee.
