Fujimi Park

Park with a playground beside Johnson Town

Sainomori is the large park near Johnson Town. But there is also a small park attached to the south end of Johnson Town called Fujimi park. It is much used by locals. Every time I've been there the open space was being used by a team of seniors to play gate ball! The park has a nice playground, which is something the nearby Sainomori Iruma Park is lacking. The playground area actually has some maple trees, so it looks particularly nice in Autumn. Open seven days a week. Free parking, but the car park is often full. In such a situation you can use the coin parking at Johnson town.
