Be prepared to wait, but lots to entertain the kids including a playground!
Despite having to wait longer than most pharmacies to get your medications, I give it five stars because it is one of the nicest pharmacies to bring small kids to! Not only have they distractions for the kids inside, but they also have a small playground outside. It is the only pharmacy I know of with a playground. The playground is really small, its really just two pieces of play equipment, but its better than nothing. You can wait outside rather than inside if you are nervous of the kids catching something when it is crowded. And it is often crowded because it is the pharmacy for the really popular and expert Keiai paediatrician. The pharmacy is less than a minute walk from the paediatrician part of Keiai and it is off road. It is separated from the car park by a fenced river and a large footpath. The playground area is enclosed. Apart from the playground there are some bushes there that the kids will appreciate as they are shaped into animals. Inside there is a small padded play area with a few toys for younger children. There are a selection of books for kids most ages. And there is a TV screen showing back to back episodes of Anpanman. They have a toilet on site that is wheelchair friendly. There is also a hand basin near the door, with a step up so young children can reach. They provide a small handbook to keep record of your children's medications. At least one of the pharmacists speaks some English. It is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays. Parking is free and shared with Keiai Maternity Hospital.
