Sphere is a cute patisserie in the Minamiuonuma area of Niigata, and they serve up a wide range of aesthetically pleasing sweet treats. They've also got coffees, teas, and even pancakes on their menu, so it feels a bit more like a coffee shop/cafe rather than just a baked goods shop. They are closed every Wednesday, so just keep that in mind if you're planning to stop by. Parking is available right out the front.
