I have only visited this clinic once, so perhaps it is a bit too early to review it. However, this ophthalmologist took me out of three weeks of misery, so naturally right now I feel like he deserves a five-star review. I had been to another, different clinic three times, seeing two different doctors in those three weeks. They had both missed that I had three ingrown eyelashes. The ophthalmologist at Higashimatsuyama clinic, spotted it the minute he looked at my eye. He removed the three offending eyelashes then and there and with them went that annoying "something-in-my-eye" feeling that I had endured for three weeks.
