Quieter than the department stores by the station

There are several department stores around Kichijoji Station. I liked this one, because it was quieter than the others. Possibly because it is a bit further from the station than the others. There are 9 floors of shops (clothes, accessories etc) and eateries as well as a nice roof area too, also reviewed below.
