Sauna 100 is a nice spot for a different way to relax if you're in Niigata City. They have a couple of different sauna rooms and a cooling room, and the setup feels very Nordic-inspired. You can get day passes for 2500 yen, or if you live nearby and would use it more regularly then there are monthly passes available which would definitely be better value for frequent users.
