Anrakuji, also known as Yoshimi Kannon, is a popular temple, not least because of its stunning setting. Moreover, the historic background and the power of presence. Despite its remote location dozens of people visit daily to pay homage and / or enjoy the scenery. The temple grounds are particularly beautiful at this time of year (November) due to the vibrant autumn leaves. Shades of yellow, green, orange and red can be seen in the temple gardens, usually in late November, but there are already hints of color today (November 13th 2024).
