Hie Shrine

Not to be confused with Tokyo's Hie Shrine!

Toyama's Hie Shrine (not to be confused with Tokyo's Hie Shrine) is located close to the Toyama Glass Art Museum, and I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area. There are a variety of cool statues on the shrine grounds (lots of cute animals!) and the shrine itself is visited specifically for people looking for help with health ailments. Even if that's not you, I think the shrine is a fun spot to visit if you're checking out the glass art museum anyway since they're in such close proximity.
