If you enjoy tiramisu and you're in Niigata (or passing through), Goody is a nice cafe to check out. They have some interesting types, too, including a hojicha tiramisu which has a lovely, earthy flavor to it! They are closed on Sundays, so keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by.
