As a lover of custard pudding, I was happy to discover For Agg in Itoigawa. It's a dessert shop which is run by a local egg farm, and as you may have suspected there is a focus on egg-based sweets. Some of their specialties including pudding, chiffon cake, castella cake, and egg tarts. The Itoigawa store is closed every Wednesday and Thursday, so keep that in mind if you plan to stop by.
