Yasuragi House is an extremely popular udon restaurant in Tokigawa town. Even if you visit early on a weekday, its not unusual for the restaurant to be full. Apart from the quality of the food, the location is popular due to the atmosphere. The restaurant is housed in a 'kominka' , literally "an old house", but used to represent the traditional type of Japanese folk house made of wood. During the pandemic, they have measures in place to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. Like many restaurants of this type in rural areas, they don't accept electronic payments - cash only.
