Nakada Ramen Labo is a cool restaurant that gives off some trendy warehouse-style vibes, but it's not pretentious. Along with usual brothy ramen they also have tsukemen if that's more your style. They're a cash only restaurant, so do keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by. They also take a break between their lunch and dinner sittings on weekdays (on weekends they're open throughout).
