Family Run and Friendly
This restaurant holds a fairly large assortment of dishes from a few cultures, but they specialize in Indian food. They have on their menu six types of chicken curry, six types of vegetable curry, three types of mutton curry, and a green Thai curry. These curries are all adjustable in spice and each time I have gone I felt each was delicious. Their tikka is also great and this comes with a lot of their set curry meals with some naan. Their service is amazing as the staff are always friendly, even if they are incredibly busy. They get so busy that sometimes the wait staff have to stop in the middle of taking your order and go to answer the phone. They duck away respectfully, though, and come back confirming what you have already ordered. Their kids sometimes come in as well and talk to the customers and generally hang out. This may be a negative for some people but I can understand that some people will find this to be a draw. One of the only negatives I can imagine would be the age of the interior. Everything is a bit old, although everything is kept clean. The seats and tables are all wooden and you can tell that they’ve seen a few years of service. There are also some cushion seats if you would like to take your shoes off. That area is usually where the kids will go and chat with the customers.
