A perfect pre-boarding meal

I'm a fan of the Soup Stock restaurant. I find that they can consistently provide good, healthy meals at reasonable prices. Of course, this can be debated... A lot of people consider paying more than a couple bucks for a bowl of soup to be a rip off, but I strongly disagree. The quality of their food always makes me think it's worth the price. Plus, they pay a lot of attention to where their ingredients come from as well as what they actually put into their food. This means that everything tastes really good and you can eat it without feeling guilty and being conscientious about your food. Plus, because its not fatty or greasy, you don't feel gross midway through your flight. For those of you who aren't big soup fans, don't worry... They serve more than just that! I actually got a delicious curry and rice made with seasonal ingredients. And, they have an English menu as well and English-speaking staff because it's of course located in the airport. Seating is limited. Grab a card and place it where you want to sit in order to secure your spot before ordering. It's not really a place to linger, but rather eat a filling meal at a leisurely pace and leave. So, if you're looking for somewhere to kill time before your flight, this isn't really it.
