Flashback to the Showa era

If you're missing the Showa era, this is a flashback location. The tiny cafe restaurant with a handful of tables serves coffee, tea, yoshoku meals, and some sweets. The prices are a bit retro, too, under 1500 yen for a set meal. The decor and service are retro, too. Low tables you'll bump your knees on, with MCM lighting fixtures above. The background music is a mix of 70s, 80s, and 90s international pop music. The proprietors, an elderly couple, give subdued greetings. My companion and I had coffee and milk tea, each served in porcelain cups and saucers. Potos is a throwback to a different world... It's right outside Kawama Station, south exit on the Tobu Noda line.
