Higashiyama Fureai Agricultural Park

Dog friendly park with plenty of cosmos

The Higashiyama Fureai Agricultural Park offers fun for the whole family (your canine companions included), and it's also home to some lovely displays of seasonal flowers at different times of the year. Autumn here is known for cosmos, and there are a ton of them to enjoy. It's not a super well known spot (even for those of us who live in Niigata) so for that reason I think it's a great spot to enjoy nature. No admission fees, either, so it's a budget-friendly day out!
