Starbucks Matsue Station

Friendly service and easy to snag a seat no matter the time of day

The good thing about Starbucks is that you always have the same consistent menu wherever you go. There's something comforting about that when you travel. The Starbucks at Matsue Station has all of what you'd expect from a Starbucks menu, but one of the most pleasant things was that it was never difficult for me to get a seat. I was there one day first thing in the morning since they open bright and early, and it was in the morning rush of commuters - but I still got a seat. I was also there in the evening before I had to catch my bus back to Tokyo and was still able to get a seat! For that alone it's one of the most comfortable and enjoyable Starbucks I've been to in Japan.
