Worth it for the cuteness!
I've tried a lot of different food at Tokyo Disney Resort over the years and generally I find the food quite bland. But the Great American Waffle Co is one of the most popular eateries for good reason - the food not only looks good, it tastes good too! As the name suggests: the fare of the restaurant is waffles, but not just any old waffles, waffles in the shape of either Mickey or Minnie Mouse! They have seasonal flavors which keeps people coming back time and time again. The seasonal ones are a bit more expensive than the regular ones, at 700 yen each, but they are large and filling.

Go for the Mickey waffles
Great American Waffle Co. is another of the eateries you'll find in Tokyo Disneyland, and the big drawcard for this place is their adorable, ultra-photogenic Mickey Waffles. Right now they're serving them with a chestnut whipped cream and maple syrup (it's an autumn limited thing) and I think it's a magic combo! Kinda pricey (800 yen) but worth it for the cute element!
