Wabi Sabi vibes at comfortable ryokan style hotel

Hot Spring Resort Matsunoi is located along the Tone River in the tourist town of Minakami. It is a type of "ryokan" style with "wabi sabi" vibes. Our room was a large Japanese style tatami room. We had a view of the river. We had our own private bath outdoors and there were also hot springs we could use in the hotel. Dinner was an elaborate Japanese style meal of many courses, about 13 from memory! A good place to experience a quintessential Japanese style stay.
