Economical, central yet quiet hotel

For an overnight stay within easy reach of many spots in Musashino, Mitaka, and Chofu, this hotel is a good choice. From the hotel, you can walk about 20 minutes to Inokashira Park and the Ghibli Museum. Even though it's only a 1-minute walk from Kichijoji Station on the Chuo Line, it's surprisingly quiet. The reception is not on the ground floor. Guests have to go up the elevator to the reception area. Checkin was smooth and easy. We got a cozy room with adjacent twin beds with a big tv, a small writing desk, an electric kettle, and a fridge to stash our drinks. The ensuite bathroom had all the amenities we needed, so we could pack light. For two, the room rate was about 10,000 yen a night. Not bad for so central.
