Esparza's Tacos and Coffee

Tacos for vegans and non-vegans alike!

If you have vegetarian or vegan friends, but also have carnivore friends, it can sometimes prove difficult to find a restaurant that's going to cater to everyone's taste preferences. That's thankfully not an issue at Esparza's Tacos and Coffee in Okinawa - they have both vegan and non-vegan options on their menu. Some of the vegan-friendly taco choices include the Two Bean Heaven, the Very Vegan (fire roasted vegetables, chili tomato jam, and vegan cheese), and the Chunky Chorizo (which uses tofu with chorizo seasoning). They also have vegan enchiladas available which incorporate jackfruit in place of the usual chicken varieties. For the meat-eaters, there's all the usual fare you'd expect: chicken tacos, carnitas (slow cooked shredded pork) tacos, steak tacos, fish tacos, and chicken enchiladas.
