Izakaya cafe switch, great lunch plates

So many izakaya have had to pivot, becoming takeout or cafe bars due to pandemic restrictions. A-U-N, previously an evening casual dining place has done this in style, serving lunch plates. The feature on the menu is the okara burger lunch plate which comes with a slice of quiche, salad, a pickle of moyashi beansprouts and bunashimeji mushrooms, and zakokumai mixed rice. For the price it's filling and healthful. Okara features twice - once in the burger and again in the small serving of okara yogurt. The burger is dressed with a tangy sauce that has hints of Indian condiments, and the okara yogurt has a slightly gritty texture, but is pleasingly tart. In this pandemic era, the tables are separated by screens, a humidifier/air cleaner unit is placed in the middle of the dining room, and servers diligently observe mitigation measures.
