Nice spot for coffee and dessert
Cafe Feliz is a nice spot in Niigata's Minami ward for coffee and a sweet treat, and the thing they're best known for are their ultra-cute cat-shaped pudding desserts -- those do require a reservation ahead of time though. They have other standard desserts including a rose-shaped Bavarian cake, regular cheesecake, and oreo cheesecake, and you can get those in a cake set for 900 yen with your drink of choice. They also have some main meal options if you're looking for something a bit more substantial to fill you up. There's a decent amount of parking directly out front so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot.
