Fusaki Beach Resort is a really beautiful place to stay if you're visiting Ishigaki Island, and they have a wide variety of different room types to choose from. I was extra-pleased that a resort like this had family-friendly rooms (I feel like not all places like this are kid-friendly), and you're literally steps away from the beach. There are a bunch of on-site restaurants and bars so you really don't have to leave the resort grounds if you're looking for the ultra-relaxing vacay experience. If you don't want to get sandy at the beach, there's also a fab splash pad for kids and a beautiful pool area overlooking the water.
