Various cultural activities in a unique building
The Akiha Ward Cultural Center is a venue that immediately catches the eye from an architectural standpoint -- it's the work of architect Chiaki Arai, and the unique spiral concrete structure has a modern feel to it. The center hosts a variety of different performances throughout the year (you can explore them ahead of time and find out about ticketing here: https://akiha-bunka.com/) but they are mainly music-focused.
