French eats in Mitsuke

Chez Noa is a fairly unassuming looking restaurant in the Mitsuke area of Niigata, but they serve up some really great French-inspired eats. They offer a daily lunch set for just over 1600 yen and it comes with a hearty veggie soup, local koshihikari rice, the main dish of the day, salad, bread, and coffee or tea -- as you can see that's a lot of food, so I think the price is warranted! The head chef here has actually trained in France, too, so the food is legit. There's a small amount of parking right out the front.
