Seats is a variety store in the Shibata area of Niigata, and it's a fun place for a browse because of the array of items they have for sale. There is everything from clothing and jewelry items to handmade jams and toys, ceramic items, and plenty more. If you're looking for a gift for someone and you're not sure where to start, this is a great store to find something for just about anyone. Keep in mind that they have fairly limited opening days – you can catch them on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am until 4pm.
