Oodles of fun
If you're even remotely a Sanrio fan, Sanrio Puroland is so much fun to check out. There are heaps of character opportunities, shows, merch, and so on, and since it's located right by Tama Center Station it's easy to access even if you don't have a car. Worth the visit IMO!

Sanrio Puroland
This theme park is very accommodating towards disabled people. You get fast passes for all attractions and there is a special area for viewing the parades as well, that you can reserve a seat for when you enter the park. Everything is super cute and you can take pictures with your favorite characters.
