Okage Yokocho is like a little Kyoto, with one huge difference--LESS TOURISTS! They have old style Japanese streets lined with souvenirs and restaurants! Some of the souvenirs includes akafuku which is famous in Ise! I spent about 4 hours strolling the streets, shopping, and eating of course!!
