Cerulean Hotel

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Shibuya

On the times we have stayed in Tokyo when we've been unable to stay with friends or family, the Cerulean is our go-to. It's not the cheapest hotel you're going to find in Tokyo, but for location and for amenities it's up there with the best in my opinion. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. On the occasions we have stayed there, we've had very nice views across Tokyo including Tokyo Tower. The beds are very comfortable and they ensured we had a crib in the room when we were there with our daughter. They also have an excellent buffet breakfast that includes plenty of both western and Japanese options. There's always loads of fresh fruit which is my favorite to fill up on. There is parking attached to the premises but there was an additional fee for us to park there. It's possible that some rooms or deals may have parking included with the room rate. Room rates can fluctuate but check sites like booking.com for deals - we've had times where we got away with the equivalent of $200 a night which is a steal for here!
