No fuss ramen
If you want a no fuss ramen shop without the need for a ton of bells and whistles, Manpuku does what you need it to. They have three base ramen types, and you pay extra for each topping (e.g chashu, nori, etc) so it's fairly customizable. There are also additional dishes on the menu such as fries and onion rings as side dishes, if you want something non-noodley. Plenty of parking around the building, so no issues there.
