Authentic pizza and antipasto
Pizza Paradiso has a genuine pizza oven in which the chef, who learned pizza making in Italy, bakes thin crust pizzas. Few Italian restaurants serve antipasto, but here, the chef presents a remekin filled with aromatic vegetable pickles. I had margarita pizza made with cheese made from Jersey milk. The pizza was garnished with whole basil leaves, and dressed in a sweet and savory tomato sauce that complements the mild Jersey milk cheese. A whole pizza is suitable for one person. For diners with big appetites, there are sides of cheeses, sausages, and others.
