This shopping mall above Kashiwa Station has three buildings, the tallest 12 floors. They're connected by pedestrian walkways on multiple floors which allow you to window shop easily. Takashimaya has many services including shoe and kimono fitting and even a baby goods consultant. The mall is almost finished a major renewal with many new shops operating or about to in March 2024. Fashion and food are the big draws here with mostly domestic women's fashion brands. The anchor shops include Muji Rushi and Tokyu Hands.
