Kissa Victoria is located within Seibuen Amusement Park. One of my kids loves Japanese pudding and I had seen photos of the Purin A La Mode all over Instagram so we just had to try it! However, as the most popular restaurant in the park, we had to wait for the pleasure. Not sure it was worth it, especially as I didn't get to take any photos of the dessert / interior. But that was my own fault - because the battery on my phone was dying and I wanted to preserve any battery I had for the illumination show! Thankfully I had taken a photo of the exterior earlier in the day. (FYI - There is nowhere in the park for recharging a phone - we asked!)
