Great views, sakura-limited displays

The Sunshine City Tembo Park Observatory is a nice spot in Tokyo to get some views out over the city, and they have some fun events during the year like a sakura-themed one at the moment. Lots of great vantage points out over the city with fun backdrops! It is a paid admission venue, however, so if you are wanting the best value for money I would still say you can get free views at other places. Tickets are also cheaper here on weekdays than weekends or holidays, so factor that into your decision making as well.
