Well worn, but cheap eats

Kashiwa Station area eateries are packed on weekends. Saturday at noon, I just wanted a comforting, simple, and cheap meal. I opted for the bottom floor of the Family Kashiwa Building at the east exit of Kashiwa Station. I had a plate of doria with chicken, piping hot, flavourful, and filling. The furnishings are well-worn, with threadbare upholstery and dingy woodwork. I found that my device had poor connectivity. The good part is that it's relatively uncrowded on a weekend, the service is fast, and the staff are polite.
