    A heaven for Tintin lovers

If you are a fan of the Belgian cartoon Tintin, there’s a shop off the main drag of Omotesando that you ought to check out. It’s aptly named the Tintin shop, and it has just about everything you could want in terms of memorabilia and collectors pieces. The store itself is in a relatively small space, but contains everything from keychains to tote bags, Japanese language books to postcards, badges, DVDs and more. It would also be the perfect spot to stop into if you need a gift for someone who is a fan of Tintin. My husband was a big fan when he was younger (and now my daughter loves Tintin too!) so they particularly enjoyed the store. The staff are attentive and friendly without being in your face and pushy. If you’re headed to the Tintin shop, the store hours are from 11am to 7pm Monday through Friday, and from 10.30am until 7pm on weekends.
