A place to learn and eat
The Togakushi Soba Museum is both a place for learning *and* eating. You can take part in hands-on soba making classes here, or you can just order directly from the restaurant portion of the venue if you'd prefer to skip the DIY part! The classes are set up for either two people (4500 yen) or four people (7000 yen) and it takes about 2 hours. Bring an apron and a handkerchief or something to cover your hair!
