One of many beautiful scenes in Okinawa
I really liked Cape Zampa (also written Zanpa) is a really beautiful area of Okinawa. Okinawa in general has so many beauty spots, that on the greater scale of things it wouldn't make my top ten, but it is worth seeing if you are in the area. The thing is, it isn't that easy to access. We were lucky enough that we were chauffeur driven! We didn't go up this particular lighthouse as we'd been up another, but the view from the outside was enough.

Stunning Open View
If you want to visit this place, I would recommend you to stop looking up photos to spoil yourself of the natural beauty of this location. The open sky right behind the lighthouse is beautiful, and it makes this a very memorable location for me. The downside would be how difficult it is to access it, so you better be driving on your trip. Last time I was there, there was a blue seal Icecream truck as well, and that was a huge plus for my visit!

Nice for a walk, pleasant views from the top
Located within the Cape Zampa Park, the Cape Zampa Lighthouse is 30 meters high, and visitors can climb up inside it for a fee (200 yen for adults, 100 yen for the kids). It's a nice way to get some views out over the surrounding area, but even if you don't head inside, it's still a nice spot for a walk around. It's a good add-on activity if you're visiting Zampa Beach nearby.
