    Soothing decor, healing feature baths

    Yu no Sato treats its water with carbon dioxide, describing it as "nano mizu". The water treatment is meant as a water softener, and it certainly has that "tsuru-tsuru" feeling. I didn't sample all the baths, but the ones I did felt refreshing. In fact, the cobbled floor of the wading area relieved the fatigue in my legs and feet. The rock bath also has a small chamber where you can sit and get your shoulders massaged by the flow of water. I liked the soft piano music (Sakamoto Ryuichi?), the terracotta and timber walls, and variety of the landscaping. It's quite classy. There is also a dining hall, esthetic services, and
