Get on up! Ramen
Yeaaaaaah! Ramen. Brown makes the noodles at the front of the shop. If you visit at lunch time, you’ll likely see the noodle master turning out ramen noodles made of domestic wheat flour. The noodles are just right, and the tsukemen broth is loaded with giant chunks of buta kakuni and massive trunks of bamboo shoots. The large size is 330g of ramen goodness. This place is big, and you can take your time slurping up all these tender noodles. If your broth cools before you can get through it, no worries, the staff will warm it up for you. The only disappointment was no funk. I had expected James Brown on the stereo. But the chefs have good taste in Japanese pop music.
