Home to an ancient wisteria, a natural monument of Saitama Prefecture

Chosenji is a wisteria temple with a 650 year old wisteria that is a natural monument of Saitama Prefecture. The temple actually has eight wisteria in total. The others are aged between 250 and 350 years old. It is one of the most picturesque wisteria temples I've ever been to. Moreover, it is one of the few places you can view the wisteria from above.
