Milicute

Cute by name and by nature

Milicute is a cafe in the Yahiko area of Niigata, and it's quite a whimsical feeling place for some coffee and dessert. They've got sweets like carrot cake and pudding, plus juices, black coffee, or lattes -- so overall, quite a simple menu lineup but they do it well. The decor is very "cottage-core" for lack of a better term, giving it a cozy and quaint vibe. I really liked it and would go back again!
