For anyone with an affinity for jazz or Showa vibes

If you have an affinity for the Showa era, Swan Coffee in Niigata's Chuo ward is a fun little step back in time! Along with it being a place you can get a coffee, they often have live jazz performances here. If you're sensitive to smoke they do have an inside smoking area, so just keep that in mind.
